My friends, 
 
Since time is growing short and folks have said they have not received the pre-reg info for GW, could you please forward this to the appropriate lists that you have access to so that anyone in the Kingdom who is interested has a chance to see it. It was posted to the Kingdom list, but not all get that. I will also put this on my Facebook page.

My Lords and Ladies, Excellencies and Graces all,

Gulf Wars is coming. With that in mind we need to prepare so that all is
in order long before leaving for the event. Their Majesties and Highnesses
have allowed me to help coordinate planning for land and transportation.
If you are intending on camping with the Kingdom we need to have you
pre-registered before the end of January so that land can be found that
will be appropriate for the size of our group. The website with
pre-registration info for Gulf Wars is:

It can be done by snail mail or online. Please register as Aethelmearc
when you pre-register.

If you would like to join the caravan leaving from the Pittsburgh area on
Saturday March 12th and returning to Pittsburgh at approximately noon on
Sunday March 20th, you will need to let us know that as well.

Please bear in mind this is a 16-20 hour drive and we will go straight
through - not stopping at a hotel. We have one passenger van already
committed for this trip, if we need to obtain another then we will need to
know that as soon as possible.

Fee for Gas for the Caravan is $70 which will cover gas down and back for
you and your gear. Some of the gear will be going on a truck well ahead of
the caravan, and the remainder will be traveling by trailer with the
caravan. That will need to be pre-paid to a paypal account to be announced
shortly.

If you will be camping with the Kingdom you will need to let us know the
following:
1. Name, email address and phone number
2. If you would like to be in the barracks
3. Size of your pavilion including ropes.
4. If you intend to be part of the meal plan (details to be announced
shortly)
5. If you intend to be part of the Pittsburgh Caravan 

Thank you all for supporting the Kingdom. Last year Aethelmearc made a
wonderful impression and had an amazing impact on the battles. There are
war points in all disciplines. There is an A&S war point as well. Please,
if you would like to participate in that, know that your contribution is
extremely important.

list as well as Facebook on my page for more announcements as they come
available.

Aethelmearc, you are an amazing Kingdom. This Crusade will be glorious and
fun for all! Join us! No matter what your passion, you have a place in the
Crusade.
