<DIV>My Lords and Ladies, Excellencies and Graces all,<BR><BR>Gulf Wars is coming. With that in mind we need to prepare so that all is<BR>in order long before leaving for the event. Their Majesties and Highnesses<BR>have allowed me to help coordinate planning for land and transportation.<BR>If you are intending on camping with the Kingdom we need to have you<BR>pre-registered before the end of January so that land can be found that<BR>will be appropriate for the size of our group. Please register as Aethelmearc<BR>when you pre-register.<BR><BR>If you would like to join the caravan leaving from the Pittsburgh area on<BR>Saturday March 12th and returning to Pittsburgh at approximately noon on<BR>Sunday March 20th, you will need to let us know that as well.<BR><BR>Please bear in mind this is a 16-20 hour drive and we will go straight<BR>through - not stopping at a hotel. We have one passenger van already<BR>committed for this trip, if we need to obtain another then we will need to<BR>know that as soon as possible.<BR><BR>Fee for Gas for the Caravan is $70 which will cover gas down and back for<BR>you and your gear. Some of the gear will be going on a truck well ahead of<BR>the caravan, and the remainder will be traveling by trailer with the<BR>caravan. That will need to be pre-paid to a paypal account to be announced<BR>shortly.<BR><BR>If you will be camping with the Kingdom you will need to let us know the<BR>following:<BR>1. Name, email address and phone number<BR>2. If you would like to be in the barracks<BR>3. Size of your pavilion including ropes.<BR>4.
