[SCA-BMDL] BMDL Patterns

Nope, no wreaths for the general populace on clothing. Only the Baron and Baroness should wear the full arms including the wreath. Also the Herald on a tabard during court or when he/she is acting as the "voice" of the Baron and Baroness.
