[SCA-Dance] KWDS report (What I Did on my Summer Vacation...)

If we have this much interest in KWDS, why not try to have it
annually? This is at least 3 bids, including Europe. The last time we
talked about doing it annually was years ago.

I definitely throw my vote in for within US. And will be at Pennsic
for 4 days :)
