[SCA-Dance] KWDS report (What I Did on my Summer Vacation...)

I would *really* prefer the next known world to be in the US, since a  
majority of us are still in this country, and with the recession and  
whatnot, Europe is pretty expensive. And KWD has been in Australia and  
Canada pretty recently, can we please stay with a US bid for the coming  
one? And consider Europe for after that?
