[SCA-BMDL] Agincourt Lunch and Feast Menus

The lunch will be conducted as a teaching experience, come to the kitchen
to participate in interpreting a recipe and making it for lunch. Also, Lady
Lijsbet van Delfthout will be conducting a sausage making class and the
sausages will be served at dinner.

Here are the menus for Agincourt:

*Lunch Menu*

*Cive de Connins:* Rabbit in beef broth with onions and spices. This dish
was chosen and interpreted by Master Huon Damebrygge.

*Egg Broth:* Eggs poached in oil in a sweet and sour beef broth.

*Pies of Parma:* A coffyn filled with pork spiced with poudre fort, topped
with roasted chicken quarters, and decorated with flags of France and
England.

*Grape Dish:* Chicken spiced with ginger and served with grapes.

*Decorated Rice:* Rice, milk, and vegetable broth colored with saffron.
This dish was chosen and interpreted by Lady Rivka bat Daniyal.

*Browned Vegetables:* Carrots, parsnips, and turnips.

*Cabbage in the style of beet leaves:* Cabbage cooked in salted water and
tossed in olive oil.

*Feast Menu*

*First Course*

*Egurdouce: *Chicken with raisins, onions, and spices.

*Blank Mang: *Rice fortified with almond milk.

*Salat: *A mixed salad that includes fresh herbs and edible flowers.

*Tart in Ymbre Day: *An egg, onion and raisin pie.

*Second Course*

*Spynoch yfryed: *Spinach fried in oil

*Macrows: *Macaroni and cheese

*Chewet on Flesshe Day: *Pork with eggs and ginger

*Mawmeny: *Chicken with almond milk and spices

*Third Course*

A dessert subtlety

Wafers with ricotta and honey
