[SCA-BMDL] Archery Practice

As Master Alaraic mentioned, there will be Archery Practice this Sunday at
the Washington Blvd Park.  Shooting will start at 11:00 and go till the
Barony Meeting Starts at 1:30.  I unfortunately am out of town this
weekend, but Urho and Alaric have graciously offered to run the range this
weekend.
