[SCA-BMDL] BMDL annual budget meeting at officer's meeting

This is a reminder and a request. The annual budget meeting is at the 
officers' meeting this Wednesday Apr 3. If there is an upcoming expense 
that you believe that the Barony should cover, you should have a 
estimate for this expense. The estimate should list items and cost. eg 2 
shields @50 each. You can send them ahead of time to the 
exchequer at debatablelands.org or bring them to the officers' meeting 
which will be 8pm, April 3, in Porter Hall A18B on CMU's campus. 
Warning! If you plan to attend, the doors lock at 8pm so you should 
arrive early.
