[SCA-BMDL] BMDL Youth Fighter Practice, NEW LOCATION and TIME

Greetings to all Youth Fighters and their parents!



We had a great turnout again last Sunday with 6 youth fighters. Welcome to new youth fighter James, and to his Dad, John!

THIS SUNDAY ONLY we are moving to a different location:  Mr. Small's
Theater in Millvale. Mr. Small's is located at 400 Lincoln Ave.
in Millvale, PA, just off Rt. 28 across the Allegheny river from the Lawrenceville neighborhood of Pittsburgh. Click this link for a map: http://tinyurl.com/7h7qtq2  Parking is on the street.

Also note this week's earlier start time of 1:00. Practice will still run until 5:00 PM unless the kids get tired before that. 


Youth fighters will be on the stage, so please bring your armor bags up there as soon as you arrive.

We'll have loaner gear for any new fighters who need it. Remember to bring a water bottle.



The BMDL Youth Combat practice schedule for the next few weeks is as follows:

March 11 - Practice at Mr. Small's

March 18 - Practice at the Chinese Church 
March 25 - Practice at the Chinese Church, Ceindrech will be marshalling as I will be at Ice Dragon

Usually we move back to the outdoor site starting in April. That site is in the park at the corner of Washington Blvd. and Allegheny River Blvd. in the East End of the city. Stay tuned for more info.

If you need rattan for youth weapons, please let me know. I have 9 ft. staves for $11 each. You can make 3 swords, or 2 swords and a great weapon, from one stave.
