[SCA-BMDL] BMDL Youth Fighter Practice, this weekend with Birthday Cake!

Greetings to all Youth Fighters and their parents!



We had a great turnout last Sunday with 5 youth fighters - special congratulations to Wolfgang who authorized as a Division 1 fighter! 

BMDL youth fighting practice be held this Sunday, March 4, from 2-5pm at the Pittsburgh Chinese Church in the North Hills at 8711 Old Perry Highway, Pittsburgh, PA 15237.  In honor of Kenneth and Eiiden, who are both turning 16 this weekend, there will be cake! 



Parking:  Park in the down-slope lot off of Highland Rd, walk around the side of the building, enter the first door, and walk up the stairs to the room on the 3rd floor.  Helpful picture at http://tinyurl.com/72mmqpc

We'll have loaner gear for any new fighters who need it. 


Remember to bring a water bottle - the fountain on the floor where we practice is not working.


The BMDL Youth Combat practice schedule for the next month is as follows:

Feb. 26 - Practice at the Chinese Church
March 4 - Practice at the Chinese Church
March 11 - Practice at the Chinese Church
March 18 - Practice at the Chinese Church 
March 25 - Practice at the Chinese Church, Ceindrech will be marshalling as I will be at Ice Dragon

REGARDING RATTAN: I now have a bunch of 9 ft. staves of youth dimension rattan for $11/stave. Please let me know BEFORE fighter practice if you want me to bring some for you on Sunday, as I will not be transporting it unless there is a demand.
