I have received the "official" information from Mistress Linette about  
Sol's elevation.  Here's the announcement.

You are cordially invited to the
Vigil and Reception
to mark the occasion
of the Elevation to the Laurel
of Doña Sol la Cantor,
Tuesday, August 7th, 2012,
7:30-11pm,
in House Silverkeep Camp
on Howard's Fenway
at the Pennsic War.

Sol will sit to receive advice
 from all Peers
 from 7:30-10pm.

All friends and worthies
are welcome at the reception
 from 7:30-11pm.

The Elevation will take place at
East Kingdom Court
on Wednesday, August 8th, 2012,
starting at 6pm,
at the East Kingdom tent
on the Battlefield.


Directions to House Silverkeep Camp:
Take Brewer's Road down toward the Lake.
You will pass between the Horde Camps on either side.
As you come to the Confederation of Mountain Clans on your left,
you will see Howard's Fenway on your right.
Turn right on Howard's Fenway.
House Silverkeep is the last camp on the left,
with black and white banners at the gate.

Another route:
 From the Great Eastern Highway,
as it dips near the Lake,
but still north of the Roman Road,
turn up the hill onto Howard's Fenway.
House Silverkeep Camp will be the first on the right.
