[SCA-BMDL] OT: Pgh Meter Reading after 6pm suspended

Hello! 
 
We have several activites that happen at CMU, so I thought this would be useful to many of you. The meters on Frew St are free after 6pm again, at least until Dec 31st.
 
Council puts an end to nighttime parking enforcement

"With the pension fund stable and a bill to suspend nighttime parking enforcement on the books, Pittsburgh City Council members Tuesday renewed their call for the parking authority to modernize meters, turn over additional revenue to the city and scale back the fees community groups are charged for street festivals.
In final action, council voted unanimously to suspend nighttime parking enforcement through Dec. 31. Mayor Luke Ravenstahl will sign the bill in time for the traditional 6 p.m. enforcement cutoff to resume today, mayoral spokeswoman Marissa Doyle said." ....
