<P _counted="undefined">"With the pension fund stable and a bill to suspend nighttime parking enforcement on the books, Pittsburgh City Council members Tuesday renewed their call for the parking authority to modernize meters, turn over additional revenue to the city and scale back the fees community groups are charged for street festivals.</P>
<P _counted="undefined">In final action, council voted unanimously to suspend nighttime parking enforcement through Dec. 31. Mayor Luke Ravenstahl will sign the bill in time for the traditional 6 p.m. enforcement cutoff to resume today, mayoral spokeswoman Marissa Doyle said." ....</P>
