[SCA-BMDL] BMDL Officers' Meeting tonight

Just a reminder that BMDL Officers' Meeting is tonight, June 1st, 8pm, Porter Hall A18A on CMU's campus.  
 
Agenda includes: 

Officers' Reports, 
past and current event updates, 
taking event bids for late fall, winter, and/or spring, 
talking about July & Sept Barony meeting, and August Officers' Meeting timing,
June 23rd newcomers' social to complement Zoo Demo
Exchequers' Office is up tonight 
and likely talking policy updates.
 
Officers' meeting is the "nuts and bolts" business meeting of how our Barony runs.  However, it is an open meeting, meaning the populace is always welcome. Parking should be pretty easy tonight, as the movies on Flagstaff Hill haven't started yet. Doors to Porter Hall lock at 8pm, so if you get there late, call my cell phone, and we'll send someone to let you in: 412-606-6258.  Let me know if you need directions.
