[SCA-BMDL] Debatable Lands Post Pennsic Picnic and Potluck

Greetings until the people of the Debatable Lands and AEthelmearc upon
their glorious return from War!

Today is Saturday -- in the Debatable Lands, a beautiful, sunny day to
start a week of anticipation for the Post-Pennsic Picnic and Potluck to be
held next Saturday at the Overlook Shelter in Schenley Park, Overlook Drive
(no street address), Pittsburgh, PA 15213. The site opens at 10 and closes
at 5pm.  This will be a great event to bring your friends and neighbors
who've always wanted to check out what it is you do when you get
armored/dressed up!

Activities for the day include rattan fighting, fencing, lawn games,
dancing on the grass, choral music, hand-sewing, a heraldic consultation
table, and other activities as occur to folks. There is a small playground
available next to the shelter.

The site is discreetly wet, no glass containers allowed. There is no
electricity at the site.

Fee for the event is $4 and a contribution to the pot-luck luncheon. Fees
are waived for students and gentles under age 18. The non-member surcharge
of $5 must be charged to those who pay a fee and cannot show proof of SCA
