[SCA-BMDL] Fighter Practice

Good gentles,

I would like to attend a baronial fighter practice, and I was wondering exactly when and where the practices are held. I have driven down Highland Ave on a Sunday afternoon a few times and have not been able to find the practice. Also, is there loaner gear available (my armor needs some fixing up in its current state) and is it possible for me to get re-authorized at a practice?
