[SCA-BMDL] Do we need a monthly Althing?

Electronic newsletters are allowed by society policy
but they can't simply be a web page. (There's a long
standing debate on how web ministers and chroniclers
are related.) Also hard copy versions must be supplied
to any who ask.

Personally, I like the idea of a quarterly newsletter
that features more A&S content. It's long been the
habit of chroniclers in this barony to gather material
from the kingdom and barony lists. Changing the
Althing's focus to more educational articles might be
what the Althing needs to differentiate itself and
attract more readers.

Are there any statistics on how many people download
the Althing from the website each month?
