An easy way to do this, would be to create a stock page on events, and
expected contraints governing attendance to those events, and link to
that page from all public announcements.  Said page should be fairly
generic, but cover the big ones:

Non members surcharge and agreement to sign waiver.
Garb expected. (with link to local "Key")
Feastware expected.
links to Local offices in charge of helping folks get these things.
  (Gold key, Chatelaine, etc)
That posters should edit their quotage of previous... oh wait... wrong
  set of guidlines. ;)
