[SCA-BMDL] Southern Regional Army Final Muster for the year

Greetings to the Warriors of the Southern Regional Army,

             I am calling for a Southern Regional muster at the Misty
Highlands Yule event on Dec 9th.  The plan is for fighting to start at
12noon and go until 5pm.  There will be several drills and going over the
basic formations and actions of the units, after that, a lot of fighting.  
            An introduction to the command staff for Pennsic 36 of next year
will also begin along with basic principles, goals and expectations.
