[SCA-BMDL] July 27th Informational Meeting regarding the BMDL and the WV Northern Panhandle Counties

Historically speaking, there has been a difficulty with borders of
local groups extending across state lines.  It may well be an exchequer
difficulty.  The last time I was paying attention, though, the
corporate office was not willing to do that.  During Catelin the
Patient's tenure as Kingdom Seneschal, the folks in the Weirton area
proposed this, and were turned down.  You might look into that.
