[SCA-BMDL] Johan - additional visitation

My apologies to everyone for another post.  We have had so many people
say they are coming in from out of town for Johan's funeral that we
decided to add an hour of visitation (with the casket open) at the
church before the funeral service.

If you are unable to attend visitation on Thursday, you can go to the
Third Presbyterian Church on Friday at 12:00 noon.  The service will
still be held at 1:00 pm.

I am overwhelmed by the love and support everyone has shown us.
