configure: error: cannot find OpenJPEG

The following line fixed my openjpeg error. 
PKG_CONFIG_PATH=/hpc/local/CentOS6/dhl_ec/lib/pkgconfig ./configure --prefix=/hpc/local/CentOS6/dhl_ec
