Looking for Dicom-145 sample files

Hi Yves,
 
I am going to be working on a project digital pathology and I was looking
for sample datasets that I can use.
I came across an old email that you had written

ml) while searching online.
 
Please let us know if you were successful in finding sample datasets for
Supplement 145 (Whole Slide Microscopic) and do share any pointers on how we
can go about getting this data.
