Upgrade from 2.1.x or 2.2.x to 2.3

Hello List,

we have many old cyrus installations.

If i understand it correctly
(http://cyrusimap.web.cmu.edu/imapd/install-upgrade.html) then i can
simply:

1.) stop my cyrus damon
2.)  copy the mailboxed into my new cyrus installation
3.) and run cvt_cyrusdb für all *.db files.
4.) Start my new 2.3.x cyrus daemon

Is this correct?

Background:
cyrus 2.1.x ist installed in: /usr/local/cyrus2.1/
cyrus 2.2.x ist installed in: /usr/local/cyrus2.2/
cyrus 2.3.x ist installed in: /usr/local/cyrus2.3/

So i have no "mixed" installations where i overwrite my versions.
