namespace question

Altnamespace doesn't allow mailboxes under INBOX. The problem is the 
mapping between altnamespace and the internal Cyrus namespace. Consider:

   INBOX      <--> user.dpc22
   INBOX.foo  <--> user.dpc22.foo
   foo        <--> user.dpc22.foo
