Migrate QMail to Cyrus

You might want to have a look at mailutil from UW-Imap, which uses the  
IMAP protocol to copy the Mailbox but is much faster than imapsync.

And Perdition http://verge.net.au/linux/perdition which is an IMAP/POP  
proxy which can be used to redirect user form the old to the new  
server depending on the status of ther migration
