Removing quotas in 2.3.1 broken?

   So probably he doesn't use it. (If i remember the first post 
correctly he is using cyrusadm, and not the rmquota option through imap).

  I'll try to have a look asap to see if the rmquota patch plays nicely 
with cyrus 2.3.1 or not.
