IOERROR Cannot create anymore mailboxes

Create another Cyrus partition (probably, but not necessarily, on a new 
physical partition) and create the new user accounts there.

For example, add something like this to imapd.conf:

partition-cyrus2: /var/spool/cyrus2


Then in cyradm, do the following:

cm user.jwalsh14 cyrus2
