making delivery case-insensitive ...

we're migrating from a sendmail system which used to map all usernames
to their lowercase equivalent.  Now on my postfix+cyrus(lmtp) system
I seem to have lost this behaviour ... I'm sure it's something simple
but I'm not sure whether the option is part of postfix or cyrus ...

can anyone help me out here?
