Cyrus-sasl-2.1.17-2 build fails

Hi,

You just need to rebuild with the correct src package. I have different
src packages in the rh-9/ and fc-1/ directories. I'm quite sure one of
them will build fine on RH ES3. Othewise let me know what fails.
