This is pretty clearly documented in the documentation that ships with the
distribution, actually.

It should be pretty straightforward. Just click on the "Edit" link for
any page you want to change. To create a new page, click on the "?" next
to a link to it, or jump to the name of the page you want to create and it
will offer to create it for you.
