2.2 does runtime configuration of the databases. And the default for the
mailbox list is skiplist, however, duplicate.db and tls_sessions.db still
default to BDB.

Only in 2.2.
Colin, if you're running on the newer redhat, the way they build their
Berkeley DB has generated a number of instability reports, it may be
worthwile to just remove (well, backup first) the duplicate.db and
tls_sessions.db files (and related logs), and use skiplist for them
instead.
