Cyrus IMAPd 2.1.14 Released

I'm pleased to announce the release of Cyrus IMAPd 2.1.14.  This release
is mostly a bugfix release, though it contains a few new minor features.
These changes include aggregate commands in cyradm, better handling of
altnamespace and unixhierachysep in the murder, corrected handling of
literals in the imclient library, and many more bug fixes.

A more complete change list is in doc/changes.html in the distribution.

It also includes more results from an ongoing independent audit of the
code by Security Appraisers and Bynari.
