Can I issue multiple reconstructs?

Good Morning.
  I am in the process of converting our current mail system to cyrus v2
(cyrus-imapd-2.1.12). I am testing the migration using the "extract and
copy" method. I have created the users, populated their accounts and
ready to run reconstruct user.???? ( as cyrus ). I have ~30000 accounts
to reconstruct.
Can I issue multiple reconstruct's at the same time. Otherwise the process
will take about 3 hours.
