Hi Irene- When dealing with a sphere you should remind your students that the dimensions are different than those of the image they might be using. Ask them to consider the length of a line of latitude at the equator vs. that of one crossing you home town. They might need to find, or create, an image that matches those requirements.

I've attached a quick progie that demonstrates this.

1)      I have two students that are having difficulty texture mapping a map onto a sphere. They are aiming for a globe. I guess things aren’t lining up when they rotate the globe.  Can anyone give suggestions?



2)     I have two boys having problems with the people builder. It appears that there are multiple people layers on top of one another.   Have you seen this?
