alice-teacher Color Change in Alice3

This is interesting… Does this happen with any objects in particular, or with all objects?

I am running Alce 3.1.92.0..0 on my MacBook Pro and Yosemite, and have not experienced any of these issues. How much Ram is installed on you machines?

When I switched to Yosemite, the system prompted me to install an Apple Mac version of Java.

You might test this on one of your machines to see if it helps:

I have learned this at least by my experiment: that if one advances confidently in the direction of his dreams, and endeavors to live the life he has imagined, he will meet with a success unexpected in common hours.

I have had them save their work, quit Alice, then restart Alice to see if that would fix the color issue. So far nothing has worked short of start over from the beginning. I am using iMac's with OS X 10.8.5 and OS X Yosemite 10.10 and Alice 3.1.92.0.0.
