Hello,

I also use Windows 7 Home Premium (64 bit), with Alice 2.3 folder in the
root of C:\ drive, and that works for me.  I can double click on any Alice
project and it will open with Alice. However, I keep my "Alice Project"
folder in "My Documents" for convenience of backing up.
