alice-teacher texture for sword

Hi,
1) My student wants to change the texture of an object in Alice. I thought
me could import an object in textures, but that just superimposes it on the
sword. Is there a way to access the "texture" files, or change the texture
of an object?

2) How can we import an object into the Local Gallery?
