I'm constructing an "Intro to Programming using Alice" course for this fall. Does anyone know of a reference guide (like a manual) for Alice 2.2? I'm looking for something similar in content to a Help menu that appears in MS Word or other programs. I would like something that lists and explains the operation of all the built-in methods and functions.

I'm currently using the following resources (along with a bunch of experimentation):
Prof. Dick Baldwin's materials
Duke University materials
"Alice in Action" by Joel Adams
"An Intro to Programming Using Alice 2.2" - Second Edition by Charles Herbert
"Design and Creation for Teens" by Charles Hardnett

While these all are great resources, they all contain different info, and some items that I think I may want to use are not in any of them. I would like to have a "one stop shop" that contains and explains ALL the commands.
