UNDERGRADUATE ECONOMIC SOCIETY The Carnegie Mellon Economics Society provides and fosters discussions and activities that focus on economic theory, economic research, current events, and inter-disciplinary topics. Announcements: * Carnegie Mellon Economics Society meets from 4:30-5:30 p.m. on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month. Meetings are held in the Tepper Undergraduate Student Lounge (GSIA 131). * Upcoming Fall 05 events include: o Panel discussion with Tepper faculty about graduate school (both academic and professional programs) o Student debate on outsourcing o Career discussion with faculty and alumni.
