[SIGBOVIK] SIGBOVIK 2017 Proceedings Reorder

[SIGBOVIK Announcements]

To Pittsburgh-based fans of Harry Q. Bovik,

We sold out of proceedings last week and will be placing a second order.
We will also be ordering copies of proceedings from past years. We don't
have exact prices (they will depend on the size of our order and the
year), but you should figure between $7 and $9 per copy.

If you would still like to buy a copy of the 2017 proceedings or of any
previous year, please let me know by the end of the day tomorrow
(April 5th 2017) what years you would like.

They should be available for pickup from GHC within the next couple of
weeks; we'll send out an email when they arrive.
