[SIGBOVIK] EasyChair brief downtime tonight

[SIGBOVIK Announcements]

Folks,

EasyChair, our paper submission system, will be having a brief downtime
this evening. They'll be undergoing maintenance from 1900 to 0100 (EDT)
(that's 0000 to 0600 UK time, and 1400 to 2000 in french polynesia).
Since the deadline is not tonight, hopefully this will cause no problems
and you can just hang on to your unsubmitted papers for a few hours
more... but don't be surprised.
