OK! I was able to get in touch with all of these people. So far I am
making great progress on getting up-to-date information from all the
arrangers in the Pile; their updated contact information will appear
in the Pile, but I will not post it on the mailing list so that they
do not get spammed from people crawling the archives!

I have one more person I need to get in touch with:

Robert Stockton (Robin the Just)

The only information I had for him had an address at "whizbang.com"
which bounced. If anybody knows how to get in touch with him (or he is
lurking), please let me know!
