I agree with Darius and Flip... maybe we should just beat everyone to the punch and go ahead and rename the event "Interkingdom Dance Symposium".? It sounds like it would eliminate a lot of hassle.

This is where my feelings fall...

I'd say without an official rule in place, we just use the "known world"
nomenclature, and if anyone bureaucratic complains, change the name to
something like: 
          Worldwide Medieval DS
          Inter-Kingdom DS
          etc.
The name isn't as important as the community knowing that 
"this is going to be a fantastic event" and having that event promoted
across the known world.
