[SCA-Dance] KWDS report (What I Did on my Summer Vacation...)

Hey, yeah, another email response from me.  :)

I just wanted to cite that for Ealdormere, we speak of it as a Kingdom
initiative, but that was basically just because we are a small kingdom, and
we didn't have too large a core of dancers in any one spot, so we just
worked together on it.  (actually, our staff really just came from across
kingdom.  unfortunately we didn't have too much from any one local group
directly, but that was also due to the event conflict that occured)

The kingdom itself wasn't really involved, except from the formal
requirements of approval and reports, and finances a bit.

I think that these events in general will be mainly hosted by local groups,
or a small collective of groups.  I think that other than some core dancers
on staff, the main other thing you need is just some outside non-dancer
help, if possible, to do some staffing at the event itself, and approaching
the time of the event.  (things like Troll, decorations and setup)  But
collaborations are also definitely a possibility.
