[SCA-Dance] Fw: KWDS report (What I Did on my Summer Vacation...)

I think Lowrie's got a good point-- four groups want to host it *now*, and
these four groups can only plan as far as 2013 probably. It's clear at this
point to me that a meeting at Pennsic is pretty necessary, because there's
now more than one issue at the table. So, let's put forth a few ideas for a
meeting time of say, two hours, with a date and time, and perhaps select a
moderator (or a few) who has no interest in running KWDS in the future to
make sure that we move in the direction of progress. A meeting agenda would
be helpful to keep us on track. (I don't know how your local meetings are,
but in many places that I've been, it's like herding cats!)

Felice

PS. I spoke with my baroness over the weekend in person. As a middle eastern
dancer, she sends her blessings over the Barony of Middle Marches' bid for
KWDS. So that's settled. ;-) Yay! We're bidding!

Good dancing to you!

terrible, terrible things."
