[SCA-BMDL] Salve Accolens! A Motto for the Debatable Lands

My intent was to point out that this is a decision that should have been
made with input of the populace being involved. It upsets me that somehow
my comments were a personal attack against someone instead of the actual
intent, to get input from the populace.
