[SCA-BMDL] Another experiment: SLACK

I learned the other day that it's possible to open gateways in Slack to
enable communication protocols besides Slack's native protocol.

If anybody is using IRC or Jabber (XMPP) clients for chatting with other
groups and would like to use those clients to connect the Slack team, we
can turn that on.
