[SCA-BMDL] New Dancemaster

Greetings to the Barony!

At the officer's meeting last Wednesday, I stepped down as dancemaster and
passed the torch onto Lord Pavel Dudoladov.  Pavel has been active in the
dance guild for many years, both as a dancer and a musician, and will make
an outstanding leader for the guild.

Please join me in welcoming him to his new position!
