[SCA-BMDL] Barony Meeting Sunday, Nov 8th with Thrown Weapons!

Greetings to all those who enjoy all the sharp and pointy things!

Alas, but this is the last weekend of the thrown weapons season! This Sunday,
November 8, thrown weapons moves to the castle of Prince Byron and Princess
Ariella for the Fall Harvest Barony meeting!

The targets will be set up on the driveway, and all the loaner gear will be
available.

The castle is at 755 Stonegate Drive in Wexford, 15090. Map here:

grass, and as close as possible to the next car, then walk down the drive
for the fun. Garb is not required.

Archery and thrown weapons start at 11 am and continue with the usual
rattan, youth combat, and fencing practices in the afternoon.

At 11:30, there will be a class on Commedia dell'Arte as presented by
Luceta di Cosimo, and featuring members from the cast of i Genesii, the
greatest Commedia dell'Arte troupe in the Knowne World.

Please feel free to bring an entry for the PIE contest -- you would not
believe what is a legal entry (pretty much anything), so do your best, or
worst!

Bring a pumpkin to enjoy the flinging of non-rotten pumpkins from the
parapets, and enjoy a performance by the Debatable Choir at 1:15, Barony
meeting at 1:30, and the tallying of the baronial election ballots at 2:00,
followed by the announcement of the names of the new Baron and Baroness.
